The Main Box Office is located on the West side of the stadium between entry gates “F” and “G” and is adjacent to the team store. A second box office, open on event days only, is located on the East side of the stadium at the gate “B” entrance.
Box Office operating hours at Dick's Sporting Goods Park are as follows:
In-season hours: (March-October or end of MLS playoffs)
Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays - 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Sundays - (Gamedays Only) Open at 10:00 a.m.
Off-season hours: (November-February)
Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm
The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks (checks accepted only for KSE properties and sports teams).
An advance ticket sales window is open inside the stadium during sporting events and is located on the East side of the stadium behind section 107 at the gate “B” entrance to the stadium.
Lost tickets may be replaced for season ticket holders by calling the Box Office.
Note: Dick’s Sporting Goods Park can’t guarantee the replacement of individual tickets unless proof of purchase can be tracked to a specific transaction.
With the state-of-the-art ticket scanning system at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, new tickets will be reprinted and the lost tickets voided. Therefore, the old tickets will be denied entry to the building. If season tickets are believed stolen, the account holder is encouraged to file a police report with his/her local law enforcement agency and provide the box office with a copy. Dick’s Sporting Goods Park security will monitor the affected seats.
Will Call is located on the West side of the stadium at the Main Box Office. This is for patrons who have already purchased their tickets and are just picking them up at the stadium. Patrons must provide their own photo identification when picking up their Will Call tickets.
